Helping educators build communities where every child can thrive

Supporting children has never been more complex. Educators are balancing growing developmental needs, changing expectations, workforce pressures and increasing inclusion responsibilities, all while trying to create environments where every child feels connected and ready to learn.

At Look Who's Talking, we believe the answer isn't simply providing more support. It's building the confidence, capability and practical strategies within the people who spend every day with children because when educators feel supported, they are better equipped to respond to children's diverse learning, communication and developmental needs.
Helping educators build communities

For more than 25 years, we’ve worked alongside children, families, educators and communities.

That’s why every strategy we recommend is practical, collaborative and designed for real-world implementation.

How we build capability

Lasting outcomes aren't created by one therapy session each week.
They're created through hundreds of everyday interactions between children and the adults who support them.
That's why we focus on building educator confidence, capability and practical skills: because empowered educators create thriving children.
That's why our work extends beyond therapy.

Training That Meets Your Service Where You Are

We build capability through:

Our Educator Empowerment Programs

Our signature offering and the one that goes furthest beyond traditional PD.

Educator Empowerment Programs are built around your service’s specific goals and funding priorities. They combine professional learning with hands-on demonstration and modelling within your service’s everyday environments, so strategies are embedded in practice from day one, not left in a folder.

Programs can target communication, literacy, social and emotional learning, self-regulation, physical development, school readiness, inclusion, engagement and more, depending on your needs.

  • One-off seminars or workshops, or a 5-10 week in-depth program.
  • Delivered in-house, live online or as a recorded package.
  • Educator reflection and feedback built in.

Educator coaching & mentoring

Ongoing coaching and mentoring provides the support educators need to genuinely embed new strategies over time. We offer individual educator mentoring, educational leader support, team coaching, reflective practice sessions and implementation support.

Coaching and mentoring can be delivered onsite, in the classroom, or virtually.

Centre Wide Consulting

For service-wide goals and challenges, our multidisciplinary team provides collaborative consulting support.

We can assist with

  • Inclusion and accessibility planning
  • Kindy Uplift project design
  • Learning environment reviews
  • School readiness planning
  • Service improvement initiatives.

Imagine what's possible…

That's the kind of community we're helping to build.
